Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for:
    • Size issues
    • Damaged products
    • Incorrect items received
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Exchange not possible due to stock unavailability

Once the returned item passes the quality check, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or through store credit, as applicable.

Replacement & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day replacement and exchange policy.
  • Once the replacement or exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within approximately 5 business days, depending on location and courier service availability.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 2 days from the date of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned:

  • In original condition
  • With all tags and original packaging intact

The following items will not be eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Products showing signs of use or washing
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Sale or discounted items, unless received defective or damaged

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

  2. Share your Order ID, product details, and clear images (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
  3. Our support team will guide you through the return, replacement, or refund process.
